There are four servings in a container adding up to 280 calories which is what most people will use as their full serving. There are 70 cals, 2g of fat, 12 net carbs (5 fiber, 5 sugar, 4g sugar alcohol), and 6g of protein per serving. Size for macros: There is a pint of ice cream in this container (as there is in all Halo Top containers) and the macros are very good.I would give it a 5/10, BUT I would also like to add that I don’t feel as though ice cream always needs texture to taste good. There is a bit of variance in the caramel versus the ice cream, but nothing else. Texture: There is no real texture in this flavor.It’s good, but not amazing compared to what other flavors Halo Top has to offer. I’d venture to say that this flavor is mediocre. One thing I noticed, though is that there is no salt flavor in this “salted” caramel. The ice cream itself is very good and the swirls add some variation in flavor. Taste: There are caramel swirls in this ice cream which taste just as you would expect.I will review it in segments and then give my overall rating. So far vanilla, black cherry, and birthday cake are my favorite, but I want to do the reviews in real time so I’ll start with what I have in my freezer right now: Salted Caramel. So I’ve decided to review individual flavors. There’s not a bad thing that I could say about it. If I were to review Halo Top in and of itself, this would be a very short review because in a word it’s: amazing.
